We may send aggregated or de-identified information for billing purposes only. Videos collected with movements. The Medme.app and Medmecolab.app applications include the functionality to record video of a user’s diagnostic and treatment sessions. This feature will only be enabled after obtaining the user’s explicit consent immediately prior to a movement session via a dedicated screen. If you choose to record your diagnostic or treatment session, the video recording will automatically end with the movement session and can be stopped at any time by cancelling the session. If you choose not to record, the professional will not be able to monitor and/or evaluate your progress in that session. You can authorise recording every day or authorise it for the current phase or entire routine. If you subsequently change the treatment routine or new phases, you will need to authorise it again. If you decide to allow recording, please ensure that no other people are visible in the camera frame or that these people also agree to this agreement. The video recordings will be processed to develop further treatment routines and improve the functionality of the app. In particular, the following processing steps will take place: Review of the recordings by individual employees and annotation of the exercise status, movement characteristics, body pose, other body characteristics as well as environmental factors that may have an impact on body detection. Review and annotation are carried out by individual employees as well as by our MEDME business associates. Machine Learning model training for automatic detection of exercise status, movement characteristics, body pose, environmental factors, as well as other medical factors, connecting the video recordings to the data collected in the App will be used in the future. We will save the video recordings for 3 years, we will not share the data with third parties and we aim to anonymize the data as soon as possible. The data will be transferred to us in encrypted form. 3.
